PARSVA SARVANGASANA
TECHNIQUE
1. Do Salamba Sarvangasana
,turn the trunk and legs to left.
2. Place the left palm on left
hip, so that coccyx rests on the wrist. . Lower the body on the left hand and
bear the weight of body on the elbow and wrist.
3. The right palm remains on back
dorsal region.
4. Move the legs over the left
palm at an angle and stay in this pose for near about half or one minute
breathing normally.
5. Exhale, come back and
repeat the same on right side.
BENEFITS
This asana strengthens the wrists. It also cures liver
,pancreas and spleen by generous supply of
blood.
